Deadly days

Weather is miserable and nothing serious to report...

The training is going well, I managed a yoga session (apparently I'm very flexible - the mind boggles!), a boxercise session (aching shoulders for two days after), spinning (very hard but a friend tells me it's always harder in the first week or two) and a bellyfull of beer on Friday whilst saying goodbye to an old friend who is on his way to Singapore.  All this on top of my regular daily ~13.5 miles cycle commute to work.  Interesting fact: of the 8 over 40's that turned up, 3 were in training for a marathon, 3 cycle regularly and 1 plays football regularly - yet we were still all "well built"!


The bicycle, well the wheels have been ordered but the shop cant get the rims (see The Bicycle on my website).  I've had to order the rims elsewhere but no worries, it's still cool; you can't get far on a pair of wheels with no frame.
