I bought the train ticket for my return journey today. I will catch a train from Thurso to Inverness and board the night train to London Euston, arriving at 07:49 on 28 August. I'll be expecting a welcoming committee to come with me to the Fox and Anchor for a breakfast and early morning beer.
After that I have 1 day to recover and will pick up my family from the airport on 30 August - happily reunited!!!
