19 miles in

19 miles before 10am deserves a treat. I found my Sunday thrill alongside the devout churchgoers at The Barn at Scoton ( http://maps.blackberry.com/?lat=53.93280&lon=-2.76036&z=4&label=Where+I+Am
). It's a garden centre but folk come here for tea and cake after church.
The kind lady in the photo below let me have two pieces of cake - something my Mum or Carolina would frown upon for fear of cholesterol.
