This is the ferry docked at Brodick, Isle of Arran (http://maps.blackberry.com/?lat=55.57638&lon=-5.13769&z=4&label=Where+I+Am).
I'm inspired by these ferries and as such, have had a change of heart about my route. -ve decided to go island hopping up to Stornaway on the Isle of Lewis, and make my way that way. It may save a little time, but will certainly avoid the sort of heavy traffic I encountered yesterday on the quite frankly, nasty, A76 between Sanquar and Cumnock.
There is a strong possibility of a direct hit of seagull shit here, so I will move on fast.
