The bottom bracket of the bicycle has come loose. This means that I can't peddle effectively. I am lucky in so much as I have made it to a great bike shop who are helping out as I write, but they don't have the correct parts so are having to fix and make do for now. I will need to get the right parts in fitted asap - this might mean a delay!
